The following methods can help improve blood circulation and facilitate blood collection: Wash your hands with warm water and soap before blood collection to warm your fingers; remember to wash them thoroughly and dry them completely. Hold your arm vertically to encourage blood flow to your fingertips. Hold the finger below the knuckle and gently massage towards the fingertip, then press for 3 seconds. You can also adjust the lancing device to a deeper snipping depth to collect a sufficient amount of blood.
